The house rules, plus the terms for our current promotions.

General

These terms apply to promotions, offers and events run by The Queens Arms Hotel, 133 Queens St, Southport QLD ("The Queens Arms", "we", "us"). Our website address is https://theqa.com.au.

  • Offers and promotions are available for a limited time and while stocks last, unless stated otherwise.
  • Offers are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash unless stated otherwise.
  • Management reserves the right to amend, extend or withdraw any promotion at any time.
  • You must be 18 years or over to receive alcohol. Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) applies at all times.
  • Standard venue terms and management discretion apply to all offers.

Monday 2 for 1 Meal Deal

  • Discount applied to lower-priced meal.
  • Main meal only — does not include entrees / starters.
  • Available after 5:00pm until end of dinner service.
  • RSA applies.
  • Management discretion.

Christmas Function 2026 $ 200 Bar Tab Offer

  • Offer applies to eligible end-of-year Christmas function bookings.
  • Bookings must be confirmed and locked in by 31 October 2026 to qualify.
  • A minimum of 25 guests is required.
  • A minimum function spend of $2,000 applies.
  • Eligible confirmed bookings will receive one complimentary $200 bar tab to be used during the booked function.
  • The $200 bar tab cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded or transferred to another booking.
  • The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer unless otherwise agreed by venue management.
  • Any spend above the $200 complimentary bar tab remains the responsibility of the booking organiser.
  • Standard venue booking conditions, responsible service of alcohol requirements and cancellation policies apply.
  • Management reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion at any time.

NRL Grand Final - Terms & Conditions

  • Pre-Game Offer: Available 4–6pm on NRL Grand Final Day. Selected products only.
  • Queens Feast Platter: Subject to availability and kitchen trading times.
  • Bookings: Early bookings are recommended. Seating and viewing areas are subject to availability.
  • Live & Loud: Game viewing is subject to venue operations and capacity.
  • Alcohol: 18+ conditions apply. The Queens Arms practices the responsible service of alcohol.
  • General: Offers are subject to availability and may be amended or withdrawn at management’s discretion.

Melbourne Cup – Terms & Conditions

  • Set Menu: 2-course set menu available for $60 per person. Bookings essential.
  • Complimentary Champagne: Bookings of 6 or more guests receive one complimentary bottle of Mumm Champagne per booking on arrival. Offer is limited to one bottle regardless of group size and is not redeemable for cash or substitutes.
  • Live Racing: Melbourne Cup Day races shown Live & Loud throughout selected areas. Seating subject to availability.
  • Live DJ: House DJ entertainment following the main race. Performance times subject to change. .
  • Best Dressed: $150 The Queens Arms venue voucher awarded to the Best Dressed winner. Winner selected by venue management. .
  • Alcohol: 18+ conditions apply. The Queens Arms practices responsible service of alcohol.
  • General: Offers are subject to availability and may be amended or withdrawn at management’s discretion.

General Terms

  • The Venue reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
  • Management reserves all rights and decisions are final.
  • All promotions are conducted in accordance with applicable Queensland laws and responsible service of alcohol regulations.
  • By participating in any promotion, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
